FAQ

Straight answers.

Money, contracts, timing, and what happens if you leave.

Pricing and plans

What does it cost?

$289 a month, flat, with everything included. There is no setup fee, nothing to pay to start, and no tier where some of it is missing.

If you do not already have a website, building one is part of signing up. If you do have one, we plug the system into it.

Is there a contract?

No. It is month to month and you can cancel any time, with no minimum term, no notice period and no cancellation fee.

We can do that because the plan is to keep you for years by being useful, not by holding you to a signature.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your domain, you can port your business number, and we export your customer list for you.

What stops is the software: the inbox, the automations, the review requests, the campaigns and the hosting for the site we built. That is what the monthly fee paid for.

Why is it so much cheaper than everyone else?

Because it is one system doing sixteen things, not sixteen subscriptions with sixteen margins, and because one person runs it without an agency’s overhead.

Bought separately, the same pieces typically run $1,000 to $3,000 a month in software alone, before anyone is paid to set them up. The pricing page lists what each piece would be bought as.

Getting set up

How long until it is running?

Seven to ten days from the point we have your details.

Missed-call text back, the inbox and the business number usually go live first, because they are the pieces costing you money today. The website and the review system follow inside the same window. Search ranking is the one thing that takes months, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing.

Do I have to set anything up or learn new software?

No. It is set up for you and run from one app on the phone you already carry.

Your side is a short form at the start, then answering messages in one inbox the way you already answer texts. If you never open the app, the text-backs, the follow-ups and the review requests still run.

When will I actually see results?

The parts that recover leads you are already getting work in the first weeks: missed-call text back, follow-up and review requests act on people who are already trying to reach you.

The parts that bring in new customers, mainly being found in search, take months. The monthly report tells you honestly which is which, including in the months where the number is disappointing.

What is included

What if I already have a website?

We plug into it and leave it where it is. The chat, the booking form and the review display all work on a site somebody else built.

If your current site is holding you back we will say so, and a replacement is still included rather than an extra. That is your call, not a condition of signing up.

Do you work with my kind of business?

If customers have to get hold of you before they can buy, yes. The system does not care whether the work is plumbing, roofing or cleaning; it cares that somebody rang, texted or filled in a form and needs an answer quickly.

Where it fits badly: businesses that sell entirely online with no enquiry step. If that is you, say so in the form and we will tell you straight.

Ownership and technology

Who owns the website, the number and the customer list?

You do. The domain is registered in your name from day one, the business number can be ported out, and the customer list is yours to export at any time.

The one thing we own is the software running on top of them, which is what the monthly fee pays for.

Still Have a Question?

Send it over. A real person reads every message and replies within one business day.

A customer reading a text reply on their phone.
